Seton Hall College Acceleration Program

A concurrent (dual) enrollment program within the College of Arts and Sciences at Seton Hall University, has allowed high school students to get a head start on their university careers. Seton Hall University offers a discounted tuition payment of $110.00 per credit.  Over the course of their high school career, students can earn college credits from Seton Hall University for approved courses taken in high school and are guaranteed acceptance into the University if course work is successfully completed. 


Sequential Courses offered in the Fall and Spring semesters 

(3 credits per semester for a total of 6 credits per course)

College American Sign Language I & II   (College level course with 1.07 weight)

World History  (College level AP course with 1.07 weight)

Business Writing & Business Ethics & Philosophy   (3 English credits & 3 Philosophy credits)


Non Sequential Courses offered in the Fall semester  

(3 credits)

Biology   (College level AP course with 1.07 weight)

U.S. Government & Politics   (College level AP course with 1.07 weight)


Non Sequential Courses offered in the Fall semester

(3 credits + 2 lab credits = 5 credits)

Physics (Honors level course with 1.04 weight)


Non Sequential Course offered in the Spring semester  

(3 credits)

Industrial and Organizational Psychology (3 Psychology credits)

        

All college credits earned through the Seton Hall University Project Acceleration Program are transferable according to the procedures of the admitting college/university.  


Students will receive a Seton Hall University transcript for credits earned in the approved courses.
