Working Papers
Students who have turned 14 or 15 are allowed to request working papers. Forms may be picked up at the Dean's Office or downloaded here. Forms must be completed by parents and must be accompanied by a physical fitness form provided by the child's physician. Once completed, please return all forms and requirements to the Dean's Office.
